Tilapia Ceviche
Ingredients:
- 500g of tilapia fillet;
- 5 lemons;
- 1 large red onion;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 finger chili pepper;
- Cilantro or parsley leaves;
Salt and olive oil to taste;
PREPARATION METHOD
Cut the fillet into small cubes and slice the onion very thinly.
Discard the seeds from the pepper and slice it very thinly.
Place these ingredients in a bowl, along with the salt, and mix.
Add the juice of the lemons and refrigerate for 1 hour.
When serving, add the diced tomatoes, cilantro or parsley, and olive oil.
Serve with toast or bread and a glass of our wine. Extra Brut Sparkling Wine .
