An Exclusive Production Using the Traditional Method (Champenoise)
Exitv Anni 2021 sparkling wine is made using the traditional method (champenoise), the same method used to produce the world-famous Champagne. In this process, fermentation takes place inside the bottle, giving the drink exceptional complexity and elegance. The result is a high-quality sparkling wine with a refined flavor and delicate bubbles.

To please different palates, we are launching Exitv Anni 2021 in two versions: Brut and Nature, which differ in their residual sugar level. The Brut has a higher residual sugar content, while the Nature has almost no sugar, ideal for those who appreciate drier and fresher sparkling wines.
