HISTORIC HARVEST

The severe drought that began in early December 2019 and lasted until the second week of January 2020, followed by light but well-distributed rainfall throughout the months, allowed for complete ripening, resulting in healthy grapes free of rot, concentrated in sugar and compounds. Predominantly summery days with moderate temperatures and clear nights favored a temperature gradient, benefiting pigment biosynthesis (color) and preserving acidity, resulting in wines of exceptional quality and complexity.
