Maturation: Fortified with brandy, aged for 10 years in French oak barrels.

Production: 1,000 bottles of 500ml.
Sensory Notes: Clear, with a bright ruby color of medium intensity. It has notes of blueberry, plum, tobacco, currant, and cedar. It presents light tannins, with a fine texture, medium acidity and body, and a sweet finish.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with fruit macarons, blue cheese, chocolate cheesecake, and Italian-style fudge.
Serving Temperature: 14 to 16ºC
