Quinta da Orada is a tribute to the region where our grapes originate.
Our vineyard is named as such because there is a small orchard (Orada) on the side of the road that crosses the property.

Grapes: Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc
Harvest: 2023
Terroir: Monte Belo do Sul - RS
Alcohol content: 13.6% vol.
Maturation: Aged for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels, first use.
Guard: 10 Years
Sensory Notes: Clear, with a bright straw-yellow color. It has notes of pear, nectarine, melon, passion fruit, and hints of asparagus.
Powerful and unctuous, with aromas reminiscent of the sense of smell with a touch of vanilla.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with gratinated oysters, pasta with clams, Provençal-style sea bass, fettuccine Alfredo, soft cheeses, and various risottos.
Serving Temperature: 12 to 14ºC
