Sensory Notes: Deep ruby red color with violet reflections. Floral aromas of violets and abundant aroma of black fruits finished with notes of black pepper. Elegant palate and silky tannins. It is full-bodied, complex, with good persistence, balanced acidity and very pleasant.
Gastronomy: A versatile wine, it pairs well with dishes that have rich, slightly spicy sauces, such as ribs with barbecue sauce and pasta alla matriciana.
