Sensory Notes: Medium-intensity ruby to garnet color. Aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, and undergrowth. Medium body, soft and abundant tannins, and balanced acidity.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with pasta in mushroom sauce, cheeses, and poultry with red sauce.
Serving Temperature: 15 at 18ºC
