Sensory Notes: Deep and brilliant ruby/purple color. Intense aromas of dried plums, blackberries, chocolate, and spices. Full-bodied and juicy, with silky tannins and a long, vibrant finish.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with chorizo steak, meat or mushroom lasagna, cannelloni, salami, and roasted sausages.
