Sensory Notes: Clear, intense straw color with amber reflections. Complex aromas, with notes of quince, peach, banana, passion fruit, blending with notes of orange blossom, hazelnut and honey. It presents an unctuous body, with high acidity, combining the aromatic olfactory notes to create a harmonious and persistent wine.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with dishes that have stronger flavors, such as cod, octopus, pasta with seafood and creamy sauce, fish stew, veal Milanese, as well as cured meats and aged cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 9 to 12ºC
