Sensory Notes: Clear, with a bright ruby color and medium-deep intensity. It has notes of cassis, ripe currant, violet, hints of cedar and eucalyptus. It presents firm tannins, with a fine texture, medium acidity and body, and a peppery finish.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with barbecue ribs, stuffed quail, and the classic Oswaldo Aranha steak.
Serving Temperature: 16 to 18ºC
