Sensory Notes: Spicy and warm, this Cabernet Sauvignon presents an intense ruby-red color. Its aromas bring currant, cassis, and tobacco. Structured tannins and a full body complement the mouthfeel, which is finished off with a refreshing acidity.
Gastronomy: It pairs very well with roasts, such as the traditional French rack of lamb, poultry dishes in richly flavored sauces like 'Coq au vin', as well as aged cheeses such as Grana, Parmigiano, and Pecorino.
