Sensory Notes: Clear with a medium-intensity straw-yellow color. Aromas of vanilla, pineapple, ripe peach, and almonds. Perfectly balanced, with medium-high acidity and a full body.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with light dishes, based on fish, poultry, seafood, and even some more complex dishes such as roasted meats, pork loin, cod, and risottos.
