Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Maturation: Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and at least 1 year in the cellar.
Sensory Notes: Clear, deep ruby color with hints of purple. Notes of blackberry, currant, blueberries, black pepper, leather, and cedar complement the complexity of this blend.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with powerful, silky tannins and medium to high acidity. Its finish is long and persistent, reminiscent of leather and currant.
Gastronomy: Pairs well with game meats, wild boar and lamb, as well as mushroom-based dishes, such as Portobello Provençal and Shimeji mushrooms in butter.
