Sensory Notes: Clear, with a bright ruby color of medium intensity. Ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, with smoky, earthy, and floral notes. It presents tannins with a fine and silky texture, medium body with a fresh and persistent finish.
Cuisine: Leaner red meats, dishes that are not heavily seasoned, based on fattier fish such as tuna, surubi (a type of catfish), and pirarucu (another type of catfish).
