INGREDIENTS
RIB
- 1 pork rib with bone, thawed.
- Salt to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup of white wine
BARBECUE SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon of peeled and diced onion
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1 cup of ketchup
PREPARATION METHOD
Season the ribs with salt, garlic, pepper, and wine. Place the meat in a baking dish (with the marinade liquid) and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake the ribs in a 240°C oven for 40 minutes.
In a saucepan, sauté the onion in butter until golden brown. Then add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar, and cook until reduced by half.
Season with hot sauce and turn off the heat. Add the ketchup, mix well, and divide the sauce into two parts.
Remove the aluminum foil from the ribs, brush every ten minutes with one half of the reserved sauce, until the ribs are well browned, for approximately another 20 minutes.
This dish will pair perfectly with our Reserva Malbec . Enjoy!
