Pork pizza from @VinhoBomvidaLonga
Nothing beats a practical, quick, and super tasty dish, right?!
Today we bring you a great tip from Daniela of @vinhobomvidalonga . The recipe is a delicious pork pizza. Check it out below:
Ingredients:
- 8 pork sausages.
- 500g of grated mozzarella cheese.
- 500g of buffalo mozzarella cheese.
- 100g of cherry tomatoes.
- One tablespoon of chopped green onions
- One tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Basil to taste
Preparation method:
Break apart the pork sausage, removing all the casing.
Place in a round baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
Shape the meat to form the base of the pizza.
After shaping, place on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes.
After cooking, while still on the grill, add the grated mozzarella cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, chives, chopped parsley, and basil, and leave for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve with our Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon .
Dani's tips:
- Remove all the casing from the pork sausage and knead the contents to make it a little more compact.
- I didn't want to be a jack-of-all-trades, so I called my husband, kids, dog, and parrot to flip the dough on the grill.
- Open a bottle of Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon for this pairing.
