Our Exitv Anni Brut Rosé sparkling wine is back!
Made using the traditional method, this wine is a blend of 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir. It matured for 24 months in contact with the lees. Extremely refreshing, it has great creaminess and volume on the palate, with buttery touches, opulent, complex, and silky. Notes of dried fruit, sweet spices, and intense fresh red fruits. Clear, with a light salmon color.
It pairs well with Asian cuisine in general, fish with creamy sauces, duck in orange sauce, tartar, tempura, and seafood paella.
