NEW VINTAGE BLUSH RELEASE
Our Vintage Blush Rosé was crafted with Gamay and Malbec grapes from the historic 2020 harvest. A clear rosé with a bright, low-intensity salmon color. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, violets, and tutti-frutti. Refreshing on the palate, it has medium/high acidity and a light to medium body.
It pairs well with light, yet spicy dishes such as the classic Pad Thai from Thai cuisine, seafood with spicy seasoning like in Australian cuisine, and classic moquecas from Brazilian cuisine.
